London Fire Brigade is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Infrastructure team in London. You will manage data and digital platforms to support the SuDS through Streetworks Market, overseeing data quality, GIS workflows and a pan-London asset register.

You will build interactive maps and data tools to aid programme delivery and generate monitoring insights. You will collaborate with buyers and suppliers, coordinate with external consultants, and ensure platforms meet user needs while

Qualifications

• Strong technical and analytical background evidenced by a GIS qualification.
• Experience managing and developing digital platforms with end-user engagement.
• Detailed knowledge of practical GIS use, including SuDS/infrastructure delivery.
• Proficient with desktop GIS tools, notably ArcGIS Desktop.
• Experience automating data transformation and data engineering (FME).
• Experience with ArcGIS Server and map services for web mapping APIs.

Responsabilités

• Leading data and digital procurements to update the SSM Data Platform and develop a SuDS Asset Register.
• Managing data and digital consultants, ensuring coordination between them.
• Ensuring all data/digital platforms meet user requirements and are developed correctly.
• Responding to data queries from LLFAs, utilities and contractors to smooth Market Rounds.
• Undertaking data collection and, where possible, establishing APIs.
• Owning data sharing processes (including NDA if required) and asset registers.
• Undertaking Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) for reporting.
• Creating mapping visualisations and ad hoc data analyses for market participation and infrastructure delivery.
