Job summary

Good Growth is driving the SuDS through Streetworks Market (SSM) in London, leading data and digital efforts across the Infrastructure team. You will manage the data platform, develop an asset register, and deliver high-quality spatial and non-spatial analyses to support market participation and programme delivery.

You will work with Buyers and Suppliers to ensure data meets user needs, create interactive maps, and monitor performance to inform decisions.

Qualifications

An GIS qualification or equivalent professional experience.
Experience managing and developing digital platforms with end users.
Detailed GIS knowledge applicable to SuDS or infrastructure delivery.
Experience with ArcGIS Desktop.
Experience automating data transformation with tools like FME.

Responsibilities

Lead data and digital procurements to update the SSM Data Platform and develop a SuDS Asset Register.
Manage data and digital consultants and ensure alignment.
Ensure data platforms meet user requirements.
Respond to data queries from LLFAs, utilities and contractors.
Undertake data collection and establish APIs where possible.
Own data sharing processes and asset registers.
Conduct Monitoring & Evaluation for reporting.
Create mapping visualisations and ad hoc data analysis for market participation.
