Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Growth and Strategic Finance Team in Shoreditch, London. You’ll be part of the team guiding the company's strategic direction.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

Your main responsibility will be to make an impact by leading us to better decisions for the company and our customers.

Tasks include:

• Curating datasets and surfacing key metrics
• Performing statistical modelling and deep dive analysis to influence team and company direction
• Understanding drivers of our growth at a company level
• Analyzing cost generation and helping develop strategies to reduce costs
• Developing better pricing strategies to incentivize desired behaviors and support growth

Who you are:

• 4-7 years experience in similar roles
• Mathematical background
• Proficiency in Python/R
• Strong analytical skills
• Understanding of statistics and statistical modelling
• Data visualization and storytelling skills
• Self-organization and stakeholder management abilities
• Impact-driven, exceeding basic role requirements
• Experience with DBT and data modelling in a warehouse context
• Understanding of testing and experimental design
• Legally authorized to work in the UK
