Job summary

Remitly is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Compliance, in London. You will own the full requirement-to-reporting lifecycle, partnering with leaders to define metrics and data models.

The role is hybrid (onsite 3 days/week) and tied to a 12-month fixed-term contract, reporting to the Senior Manager for Compliance Analytics & BI. You will work with data engineers to design scalable pipelines, perform UAT, and build dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or internal tools to deliver actionable business

Qualifications

• End-to-end data product delivery experience.
• Strong problem solving and requirement breakdown.
• Experience with AI tools for prototyping SQL logic.
• Excellent communication with technical and business audiences.
• Experience with SQL plus Python or R and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to pin down objectives and translate them into specs and roadmaps.
• Lead definition of North Star metrics and KPIs to align departments.
• Own source-to-target mappings, BRDs and logic diagrams.
• Identify data sources, perform exploratory analysis to surface gaps and quality issues.
• Collaborate with data engineers on scalable pipelines and rules.
• Lead UAT to validate transformations and data integrity before production.
• Design and build reporting solutions that tell a meaningful business story.
• Deliver data with a dashboard UX/UI that drives adoption by non-technical users.
