Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands‑on experience in a BI, Product Analytics, or Data Analytics role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced expertise in building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable Tableau dashboards and visual analytics solutions.
• Expert‑level SQL skills and solid data modeling intuition for complex analytical tasks.
• Outstanding cross‑functional communication skills to present complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of independently managing end‑to‑end BI projects and taking complete ownership of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate ambiguous business questions into clear metric definitions and reporting solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in BI, mentoring analysts on best practices for dashboard design and data presentation.
• Establish and maintain company‑wide KPI metrics, documentation, and certified catalogs to ensure high‑quality and reliable data.
• Analyze product usage, user behavior, and feature performance to guide roadmap decisions and support AI‑powered capabilities.
• Manage end‑to‑end BI projects independently, balancing priorities in a fast‑paced environment while taking full ownership of deliverables.
