Job summary

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in a data-oriented role is essential.
• A confident and clear communicator who can influence stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and a critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong experience in data preparation and blending across platforms such as Excel, Snowflake, or others.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted product development practices is advantageous.
• Experience in scholarly publishing, research, or a related industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage complex analytics projects from planning through delivery, translating business questions into data solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, analytics engineers and other technologists on data product development with governance for reliability and reusability.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders as a trusted thought partner shaping strategy and data-driven decision making.
• Continuously adapt to new tools and emerging techniques to improve end solutions and speed of delivery.
• Coach junior colleagues in business engagement, analysis design and end-to-end project management.
