The role sits in the Data Analytics & AI team, acting as the heart of the organisation's data use, partnering with stakeholders to enable good data practices, support reporting, and develop AI use cases for the distribution team.

Reporting to the Team Lead, you will translate complex challenges into actionable analytics and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of advanced analytics and AI solutions with measurable business impact.
• Translate business problems into analytical and AI use cases; design models, dashboards and decision-support tools.
• Deliver ad hoc data analysis and reporting; ensure outputs are accurate and timely.
• Support data quality, lineage and governance across data sources.
• Gather, clean and analyse large data sets from multiple sources.
