Job summary

CI&T is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our client's team in Central London. You will drive data-informed decision-making through advanced A/B testing, statistical analysis, and enterprise BI solutions, embedding within the client team.

In this hybrid role, expect 3–4 days on-site at the client's Central London offices (Euston area). You will design tests, build semantic data models in Power BI, and partner with data engineers to deliver scalable BI solutions.

Qualifications

• Power BI expertise for enterprise dashboards and semantic data models.
• Strong statistical methods, experimental design, and A/B testing.
• Advanced SQL for complex queries and data manipulation.
• Python for data analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests for product features.
• Develop semantic data models in Power BI for self-service analytics.
• Build and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets.
• Partner with data engineering to define and validate data pipelines in Databricks.
• Ensure integration between data sources and BI models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into BI solutions.
• Monitor data quality, governance, and dashboard performance.
