The Role

We are looking for a full-time Senior Data Analyst to join TickX at an exciting growth phase. This 12-month maternity cover role is within the newly formed BI & Data team. It is ideal for an aspiring leader in data & analytics, aiming to deliver business value through analysis projects and fostering a data-first culture at TickX.

The key focus areas include:

• Supporting account management with analysis on client health, partner performance, and TickX's financial impact.
• Identifying opportunities within data to increase client revenue and value.
• Supporting finance & commercial teams through PowerBI reporting, including building pipelines from PostgreSQL and third-party sources.
• Assisting Customer Success teams with insights and demonstrating data value.
• Mentoring junior BI team members.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Conducting proactive analysis to generate revenue opportunities for clients.
• Applying advanced analytics techniques and communicating findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization and ecommerce data analysis.
• Understanding digital product usage by B2B and B2B2C customers.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience making recommendations across business levels.
• Performing ad-hoc data insights for clients and commercial teams.
• Investigating added value and ROI for clients with various data sources.
• Expertise in SQL; experience with R & Python is a plus.
• Proficiency in PowerBI.
• Experience with analytical tools like Google Analytics & Amplitude.
• Knowledge of marketing attribution modeling.
• Experience with medium/high traffic products and web analytics clickstream data.
• Proven commercial experience in a similar role.
