We're working on behalf of a leading, high-growth tech scale-up that's looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join their innovative Data Centre of Excellence.

This role involves shaping data strategy and influencing decisions across product, engineering, and commercial teams.

Salary & Benefits

This Senior Data Analyst position offers up to £70,000, including benefits such as Income Protection, Life Assurance, Health Cash Plan, Private Medical Insurance, retail discount card, and other optional benefits.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role with working days in their London office three days a week, including Monday and Friday working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership, product, and tech teams to understand customer behavior and user journeys.
• Identify data gaps and recommend modern tools and solutions.
• Serve as the go-to expert for data, fostering a data-first culture.
• Create visualizations to highlight trends and metrics, including cohorts, funnels, and regression analysis.
• Develop dashboards and track performance indicators to measure outcomes.
• Provide strategic insights into market and competitor trends.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify data-driven opportunities.
• Enhance analysis processes and reporting tools for greater impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a commercial data analytics role.
• Leadership potential or mentoring experience.
• Advanced SQL skills; experience with BigQuery.
• Proficiency in Looker or similar tools, with strong visualization skills.
• Solid knowledge of data modeling, regression, and cohort analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Bonus: experience with DBT, GA4, Python, or building commercial data products.
