We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Performance & Improvement team on a 12 Month Fixed Term contract. This is a Hybrid role based in the Matchworks.

The working hours will be Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours.

Join our vibrant, inclusive community in the Business MI team as a Senior Data Analyst, leading and overseeing daily operations, providing tools to support decision-making and business strategies.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing guidance and support to team members, ensuring performance targets are met, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The Senior Data Analyst will be a key contact between management and team members, driving team performance while maintaining quality and efficiency.

What you will do:

1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed and prioritized
2. Manage and improve data processes, including designing and implementing processes and identifying improvements
3. Mentor and train junior analysts, inspiring, motivating, and evaluating performance
4. Manage advanced projects, work towards deadlines, and provide expertise when required
5. Ensure data integrity and oversee data governance, ensuring practices are followed

What you will bring:

• Experience as a Data Analyst, with a senior role preferred
• Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL and advanced Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Experience with the Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize
• Mentoring skills and experience
