Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in London is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive analytics workstreams within large-scale transformation programmes. The role blends hands-on analytics with team leadership in a hybrid, London-based setting.

You will mentor Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers, shape best practices for data governance and data modelling, and partner with senior stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and maximise adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cloud data platform, reporting, BI, or analytics transformation projects.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake.
• Knowledge of data modelling and governance principles.
• Experience mentoring analytics teams.
• Experience working in Agile delivery.

The Role

• Leading analytics workstreams within enterprise data and transformation programmes.
• Managing teams of Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Defining best practices for analytics delivery, governance, documentation and quality standards.
• Partnering with senior business stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and maximise adoption.
• Supporting the development of reusable frameworks, accelerators and analytics assets.
• Contributing to bids, proposals, solution shaping and pre-sales activities.
• Championing modern approaches across cloud, analytics, AI and data-driven decision making.

Key Skills and Experience

• Experience delivering cloud data platform, reporting, BI, or analytics transformation projects.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience utilising Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, analytics engineering, and data governance principles.
• Experience mentoring and leading high-performing analytics teams.
• Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments.
