Job summary

Southeastern is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our London Head Office with hybrid working. You will act as a trusted partner to operational and commercial teams, turning data into actionable insights and driving performance across the business.

You will build data literacy, champion self-service analytics, and collaborate with Data Architects, SQL/BI developers to deliver scalable solutions that support strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business performance by identifying, monitoring and improving key operational, commercial and customer performance indicators.
  • Deliver high-value analysis and insight that supports strategic objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels, understanding business challenges and helping teams use data effectively.
  • Promote self-service reporting and analytics across the organisation, increasing confidence and capability in data usage.
  • Establish and support a network of Data Champions to improve organisational data literacy and analytical thinking.
  • Present analysis and performance information using data visualisation and storytelling techniques that influence decision making.
  • Collaborate with Data Architects, SQL Developers, BI Developers and other members of the Central Data Team to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve processes and increase organisational analytical maturity.
  • Support prioritisation of analytical resources, ensuring effort is focused on activities delivering the greatest business value.

We are seeking a two

Senior Data Analysts to join our team based from our Head Office in London Bridge & Ashford (hybrid working).

In this role, you will act as a trusted business partner, helping operational and commercial teams make better decisions through the effective use of data, insight and performance management. You will identify opportunities for improvement, challenge existing thinking, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.

Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation and the Central Data Team, you will help build a data-driven culture by increasing data literacy, developing Data Champions, and enabling teams to become more self-sufficient in their use of data and insight.
