Southeastern is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our London Head Office with hybrid working. You will act as a trusted partner to operational and commercial teams, turning data into actionable insights and driving performance across the business.
You will build data literacy, champion self-service analytics, and collaborate with Data Architects, SQL/BI developers to deliver scalable solutions that support strategic objectives.

We are seeking a two
Senior Data Analysts to join our team based from our Head Office in London Bridge & Ashford (hybrid working).
In this role, you will act as a trusted business partner, helping operational and commercial teams make better decisions through the effective use of data, insight and performance management. You will identify opportunities for improvement, challenge existing thinking, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.
Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation and the Central Data Team, you will help build a data-driven culture by increasing data literacy, developing Data Champions, and enabling teams to become more self-sufficient in their use of data and insight.
