Contract: 23 months FTC

Location: Brighton (hybrid - 6 days per month/remote)

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and manage analysis for the project, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, managing expectations, and obtaining consensus from multidisciplinary teams.
• Identify, design, and deliver analysis of complex data sets to inform project delivery, including making recommendations based on your analysis.
• Support the day-to-day rollout of work, such as identifying which pension scheme administrators need to be contacted each month.
• Identify the most appropriate analytical tools, data, and inferences to develop insights.
• Proficiency in R or Python, and Power BI or Tableau.
• Evaluate data sources for suitability, reliability, and accuracy for analysis.
• Manipulate big data and quickly understand the contents and structure of complex data warehouses.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders as an analytical expert within a multidisciplinary team.
• Communicate complex analysis clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Basic understanding of the UK pensions industry.
• Practitioner-level knowledge of Git and GitHub, Azure DevOps, and familiarity with AGILE or Data Ops workflows.
