Job summary

JMAN Group, a London-based data engineering and data science consultancy, seeks a Senior Consultant to lead complex client workstreams end-to-end, guiding problem framing, delivery quality and commercial impact. You will drive strategic recommendations and mentor junior consultants while shaping engagements across the US and Europe.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, manage cross-regional delivery teams, and craft high-quality presentations for C-suite audiences, contributing to growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting or professional services.
• Proven experience leading projects or multiple workstreams with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong track record of high performance, leadership, and client impact.
• Advanced analytical and structured problem solving skills.
• Confidence working with data and translating analysis into strategic, commercial insight.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to link recommendations to business value.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in lean, high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex client projects end-to-end, across multiple workstreams.
• Take accountability for project delivery including problem definition and timelines.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, commercially grounded recommendations.
• Own senior client relationships and proactively manage stakeholders.
• Structure ambiguous problems and guide teams using first-principles thinking.
• Oversee global delivery teams ensuring quality and pace across regions.
• Develop high-quality materials and presentations for senior executives.
• Identify opportunities to extend engagements and drive growth.
• Contribute to firm-building initiatives and mentor junior team members.
