Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in consulting or professional services, with demonstrated progression.
• Proven experience leading projects or multiple workstreams with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong track record of high performance, leadership, and client impact.
• Advanced analytical and structured problem solving skills.
• Confidence working with data and translating analysis into strategic, commercial insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex client projects or multiple workstreams end-to-end, across both structured and exploratory engagements.
• Take accountability for project delivery, including problem definition, analytical approach, quality of outputs, and timelines.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, commercially grounded recommendations that drive measurable client outcomes.
• Own senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to decisionmakers and proactively managing stakeholders.
• Structure ambiguous, high impact problems and guide teams using hypothesis-led, first-principles thinking.
• Oversee and coordinate global delivery teams, ensuring consistent quality, alignment, and pace across regions.
• Lead the development of high-quality materials and presentations that influence senior executives and investment stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to extend engagements or expand client accounts, supporting commercial growth.
• Play a key role in firm building initiatives, helping shape how JMAN operates and scales.
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members through active leadership and feedback.
• Take ownership of your professional development while contributing to the development of others.
