Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead data projects for diverse clients. You will own end-to-end delivery, including budgeting, cross-functional leadership, and risk mitigation, with a focus on data platforms, analytics and AI solutions.

The role requires experience in both structured and agile delivery, and may involve securing SC clearance to operate in the UK. Hybrid work arrangements and client-site engagements apply across multiple locations in the UK.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing technical project teams across multiple locations.
• Public sector project experience including security cleared programmes.
• Data warehouse, data analysis, MDM, data science, and data migration
• Structured and agile delivery methodologies with Scrum Masters experience helpful
• Commercial experience on fixed price and time & materials contracts

Responsibilities

• Define and manage medium/large scale projects or workstreams with risk/issue/dependency tracking.
• As programme lead, oversee a portfolio of projects aligned to business goals and value.
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and improve profitability.
• Prepare status reports and present financials at reviews.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting and resource planning; manage changes to contracts.
• Apply AI and analytics to improve client outcomes and project efficiency.
