Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to deliver data projects for clients across sectors. You will own projects from initiation through delivery, including budgetary control, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership across multiple locations.

The role involves working with data platforms and analytics, exploring AI opportunities, and applying structured or agile methodologies to meet client goals in a hybrid work environment in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data projects with budget responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage complex medium/large scale projects or workstreams.
• Lead programme portfolio, aligning with strategic business goals.
• Produce project status reports including financials.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and resource planning.
• Build client relationships to improve profitability.
• Apply agile, waterfall or hybrid methodologies as needed.
• Demonstrate understanding of data platforms and analytics.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and advanced analytics to improve outcomes.
