Job summary

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in day-to-day management of technical project teams across multiple locations.
• Extensive public sector project experience, including security cleared programmes.
• Experience in delivering data analytics and AI projects.
• Experience with fixed-price and time & materials contracts.
• Ability to lead large, multi-location engagement teams.
• Comfortable in a consulting-led sales model.
• Ability to balance innovation with delivery assurance.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of data projects including budget and outcomes.
• Define and manage medium/large projects or defined workstreams.
• Act as programme lead, align with strategic goals.
• Provide stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Prepare project status reports and manage financials.
• Manage project budgeting, forecasting, resource planning.
• Develop client relationships and grow profitability.
• Apply agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and analytics.
