Codec is hiring a Solution Architect to shape strategy, manage scope and risks, and serve as the primary technical counterpart to clients. This role remains hands-on for spikes, POCs, and critical flows while guiding multi-team delivery, commercials, and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting or enterprise delivery with ownership of multi-workstream programmes.
• Excellent facilitation and executive communications; ability to produce decision papers.
• Practical knowledge of D365/Power Platform licensing impacts and commercial awareness.
• Strong Dataverse modelling, integration/security patterns, and non-functional design.

Responsibilities

• Define target architectures on Power Platform/D365 CE and produce cost/benefit papers.
• Own technical scope, estimates, changes, quality gates and non-functional requirements.
• Lead workshops with C-suite and business stakeholders; manage priorities and trade-offs.
• Shape bids, statements of work, delivery plans, and commercials; support account growth.
• Agree patterns for Azure integration (Functions, Logic Apps, API-M) and data governance.
• Design environment topology, CI/CD and release cadence; enforce governance.
