Job summary

Codec is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Technical Solution Architect to lead the technical design of enterprise Microsoft solutions. You will own the technical direction across CE, Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure, guiding architectural decisions and governance.

You will mentor delivery teams, run senior stakeholder workshops and shape roadmaps while ensuring security, scalability and resilience across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Senior Technical Consultant or 2+ years as Principal Technical Consultant.
• Strong Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and enterprise integration architecture.
• Experience designing APIs, integrations, security models and enterprise data solutions.
• Strong DevOps, ALM and environment management.
• Experience with governance, design authorities and architecture reviews.
• Strong security, scalability, availability and performance.
• Experience across complex programmes with multiple teams and vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
• Microsoft certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own technical architecture across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure.
• Design end-to-end integrations and high-level solution architecture for enterprise CE workloads.
• Lead technical workshops with senior stakeholders to define requirements.
• Define architecture covering integrations, workflows, security and data models.
• Collaborate with Functional Solution Architects on end-to-end design.
• Lead technical decisions and trade-offs on scope and design.
• Coordinate with Project/Programme Managers on RAID, resourcing and timelines.
• Establish DevOps, ALM and environment management strategies.
• Ensure non-functional requirements: security, performance, availability and resilience.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide governance and assurance.
• Represent CE architecture within programme design authorities.
