Qualifications

• Microsoft exams qualified D365 F/SCM Finance Certified.
• 5+ years of D365 experience in a consulting or internal lead role.
• Curious, looking to challenge the status quo and improve.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues within Support Service Level Agreements.
• Perform root cause analysis and incident management.
• Provide consultancy services including User Acceptance Testing.

Skills

Microsoft exams qualified D365 F/SCM Finance Certified

Knowledge of Electronic Reporting

Knowledge of Tax Calculation Service

Global VAT / Tax an advantage

Wider D365 F/SCM functional knowledge

5+ years D365 experience in a consulting role

Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle

Collaborates well with both internal and external colleagues
