Job summary

Cognitive Group, part of the Focus Cloud Group, is seeking a senior delivery professional to lead Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform initiatives in a hybrid London role. You will guide clients, run discovery workshops, shape solution design, and mentor a delivery team across the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with architects and stakeholders to optimise Microsoft AI capabilities, Copilot, and Office 365 integrations while contributing to pre-sales and bids.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
• Experience leading workshops with senior stakeholders and challenging the status quo.
• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end implementations from discovery through go-live.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients when projects need direction.

Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year

Requirements

• We need at least 5 years of hands-on experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
• We need experience leading workshops with senior stakeholders and confidently challenging the status quo.
• We need experience delivering multiple end-to-end implementations from discovery through to go-live.
• We need strong experience working alongside architects and technical teams to shape solutions.
• We need a commercial mindset and confidence supporting bids, proposals, and client conversations.
• We need a passion for mentoring others and raising the standard across a delivery team.

Responsibilities

• We rely on you to guide clients when projects need direction.
• We expect you to lead discovery workshops, redesign business processes, shape solution design, and mentor other consultants across the delivery lifecycle.
• You will work closely with senior stakeholders, delivery leaders, and architects to help organisations get the best from Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and Microsoft AI capabilities.
