Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a high-performing Senior Strategy Manager within the Data & Analytics division. The role focuses on driving strategic initiatives, engaging with C-level executives and cross-functional leaders to shape priorities and influence outcomes.

You will partner with the D&A Leadership Team, Group Corporate Strategy and Development to steer growth, assess markets, and prepare investments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record advising business leaders.
• Experience conducting market and competitive landscape assessments.
• Ability to develop clear and pragmatic recommendations and plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead central initiatives and reviews on transversal and strategic topics with cross-group impact.
• Drive initiatives with sponsorship from D&A Leadership Team and across LSEG.
• Review market trends, technologies and competitive dynamics with internal and external inputs.
• Develop actionable strategies with sponsors and ensure clear accountability for execution.
• Prepare executive briefings and investment cases for leadership.
• Build strong relationships with divisional leaders and external advisors.
