Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Band 7 CYP Speech and Language Therapist to join our Ilford team. You will assess and treat children and young people up to 19, coordinating EHC needs assessments and delivering targeted interventions across multiple Ilford locations.

Requirements include HCPC registration and a valid driving licence. The role is full-time with weekday hours, offering stability and opportunities to impact children’s communication development in the community.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required to practice as a Speech and Language Therapist.
• Must hold a valid driving licence to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Undertake speech and language therapy assessments and interventions for children and young people aged 0 to 19, including overseeing EHC needs assessments.
• Provide expert advice and support tailored to each child, using both formal and informal assessment methods.
• Conduct comprehensive EHC needs assessment reports and evaluations within mainstream school settings.
• Travel between sites to deliver impactful interventions and services across various locations in Ilford.
• Collaborate with educational staff and parents to create supportive environments for communication development.
