Job summary

Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a leadership role within Mental Health Support Teams in East Cheshire. The post offers hybrid working, with base access to Elm House, Macclesfield or Catherine House, Crewe.

Qualifications

Hold a core professional qualification and meet all aspects of the job description.
Significant post-qualification experience in CYPMHS or child mental health field.
Ability to work in schools and education settings with hybrid arrangements.

Responsibilities

Deliver and support evidence-based interventions for children, young people and caregivers.
Hold a clinical caseload and contribute to service development and leadership.
Supervise EMHP / CYWP practitioners and collaborate with Clinical Coordinators.
Participate in duty rota and weekly case allocation meetings.
Work with Senior Mental Health Leads to embed a whole-school approach to wellbeing.
Lead staff training, parent workshops, and develop wellbeing action plans.
