Job summary

NCC Group, a leading UK cybersecurity firm, seeks a senior strategist to originate and close high-value cyber opportunities, shaping proposals to align client priorities with NCC Group capabilities.

You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across sectors, lead cross-functional pursuit teams, and translate complex technical assurance into clear commercial outcomes for boards and executives.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience across cybersecurity, cyber advisory, consulting or cyber services.
• Strong track record of originating, shaping or closing strategic opportunities and major deals.
• Deep understanding of cyber risk, regulatory expectations, audit cycles and board reporting.
• Ability to translate complex technical capability into clear business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Originate, shape and execute large, strategic cyber opportunities for NCC Group.
• Improve win rate and increase pull-through across multiple capabilities.
• Build trusted senior relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, CROs, audit, risk, compliance, legal, privacy and boards.
• Lead cross-functional pursuit teams across NCC Group and partner ecosystem.
• Shape commercially robust and client-relevant solutions.
• Advise clients on technical assurance, governance, regulatory readiness and AI security.
