Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment seeks an experienced Infrastructure Security Solution Architect for a daily rate contract within a regulated environment. The role covers design, governance, and hands-on architectural leadership across security and infrastructure domains.

You will collaborate with enterprise and security leaders, translate requirements into robust designs, mentor teams, and drive adherence to standards and roadmaps while navigating regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with a track record as a Solution Architect on large transformation programs.
• Proven expertise in Cyber Security architecture, ideally in regulated industries.
• Knowledge of security frameworks SABSA, NIST, ISO 2700x; familiarity with TOGAF and SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end architecture solutions across infrastructure and security domains.
• Align solutions with enterprise standards, target architectures, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product owners, enterprise architects, engineers, and security leaders to translate requirements into designs.
• Develop reusable solution patterns and reference architectures.
• Mentor architects and engineers to strengthen practices.
• Engage senior stakeholders to present architectural recommendations.
