Job summary

Farnborough Airport Limited is seeking an experienced Cyber Security and Resilience Manager to lead cyber security and operational resilience across the Group. You will report to the Head of IT and Cyber Security and work with senior stakeholders to protect critical services and manage cyber risk.

The role involves governance, security operations, compliance, and resilience initiatives within a highly regulated aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in cyber security or information security/risk management.
• Experience managing external security service providers.
• Experience delivering security awareness and engagement programmes.
• Experience in aviation, transport, or other regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the group cyber security strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee security operations and third-party security providers.
• Support compliance audits and maintain security documentation.
• Contribute to business continuity and resilience planning.
• Deliver security awareness initiatives and training.
