Job summary

PT Renewables is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer in Bristol to protect on-premise and cloud environments. You will manage firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection while securing AWS and Azure deployments.

The role involves responding to incidents, improving threat detection, and carrying out vulnerability assessments. You will automate security tasks with PowerShell, Python, Terraform or similar tools and enjoy a hybrid working arrangement with strong pension, healthcare and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Cyber Security or Network Security Engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, XDR, SIEM, AWS and Azure.
• Proactive mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage firewalls, VPNs, network security and endpoint protection.
• Secure AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Respond to cyber incidents and improve threat detection.
