The Role

This is a senior, hands-on cybersecurity leadership role with accountability across architecture, operations, assurance, and governance. You’ll work closely with internal technology teams and external security partners to ensure complex hybrid and cloud environments remain secure, resilient, and compliant.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Leading security across hybrid cloud environments (AWS and Azure), from design through to live operations
• Owning security operations oversight, including SOC performance, incident response, and threat management
• Driving security assurance activities such as penetration testing, risk assessments, and supplier reviews
• Acting as the security authority within change, design, and governance forums
• Ensuring third-party suppliers and ecosystem partners meet defined security and regulatory standards

Your Experience

We’re looking for a senior cybersecurity professional who combines strong technical depth with the confidence to influence at a strategic level.

You’ll bring:

• Extensive experience designing and securing complex cloud and hybrid architectures (AWS and Azure)
• Strong background in security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence
• Proven experience working with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, or Cyber Essentials Plus
• Confidence leading assurance activities, interpreting technical findings, and driving remediation
• Experience managing third-party security providers and advising senior stakeholders on cyber risk
