Job summary

Intaso Ltd is recruiting a Senior Cyber Security Consultant to join its expanding London team. The role focuses on delivering cyber security consultancy and managed services to SMEs, coordinating security projects with senior client leadership, and driving governance and risk remediation initiatives.

You will work with CISOs, security architects, SOC specialists and cloud security experts in a fast-paced environment, shaping service delivery and career development through stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of professional experience within cyber security, ideally in a consultancy, GRC, security advisory or managed services environment.
• A technical degree from a UK university in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Information Security or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering cyber security projects and managing relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of cyber security frameworks, risk management principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cyber security consultancy and managed security services across a portfolio of clients.
• Manage and coordinate security projects, working closely with technical stakeholders and senior client leadership.
• Identify, assess and document cyber security risks, recommending appropriate remediation strategies.
• Lead and support client compliance and certification initiatives, including ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus and SOC 2.
• Prepare and deliver monthly security governance meetings, presenting findings, risks and recommendations to executive and operational stakeholders.
• Coordinate penetration testing engagements and support clients in addressing identified vulnerabilities.
• Manage third-party security assessments, supplier due diligence and security questionnaires.
• Develop and deliver cyber security awareness initiatives, including phishing simulations, security communications and tabletop exercises.
• Produce high-quality security reports, presentations and client documentation.
