Job summary

Actica Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Consultant to support high-profile UK public sector, critical national infrastructure, and defence organisations.

The role involves protecting ICT investments and contributing to nationally critical projects with opportunities across London, Guildford, Bristol, and M4 corridor. You will engage in varied consultancy assignments, lead demonstrations of security best practices, and mentor teams where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex ICT systems in a delivery or consulting capacity.
• Strong understanding of enterprise ICT and how it supports business goals.
• Ability to present and justify conclusions to project teams and stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering to client expectations and requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide security expertise for major system procurements and Agile programmes.
• Identify, analyse and evaluate information risks across programmes, projects and systems.
• Explain to risk owners the causes, likelihood and business impacts of information risks.
• Author security assurance documentation in line with risk management frameworks.
• Develop or review security architectures that mitigate risks from new technologies.
