Solis Security in London is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to lead and deliver cyber resilience engagements across incident exercises, MDR and IR.

You will partner with clients, delivery teams and commercial stakeholders to design, deliver and improve services that help organisations prepare for, respond to and recover from cyber threats. This client-facing role offers diverse engagements across sectors and geographies and requires strong consulting and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, coordination, development and delivery of Cyber Incident Exercising engagements, including tabletop and live-play exercises, ensuring scenarios are realistic and aligned to objectives.
• Design and prepare exercise materials, including scenarios, injects, facilitator guides, participant briefings and post-exercise outputs.
• Facilitate exercise sessions with client stakeholders, capturing observations and agreed improvement actions.
• Produce clear outputs that summarise findings, lessons learned and recommended actions for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales conversations by translating technical capabilities into business value for commercial buyers and stakeholders.
• Assist with scoping discussions and solution positioning for GSO services to align with client needs.
• Support Incident Response operations by assisting with triage and management of new cyber incident cases.
• Maintain clear communication and handover during early incident stages, ensuring timely client support.
• Explain services, operating models and escalation routes during onboarding sessions.
• Contribute to continual improvement of service delivery materials and client-facing documentation.
• Coordinate and oversee additional professional services engagements, including security assessments and penetration testing projects.
