Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Architect for Managed Services in Manchester. The role is senior, customer-facing, and service-led, working with opportunity owners to shape campaigns and deliver a differentiated, commercially viable proposition.

You will present strategic context and alignment across workstreams, engaging senior stakeholders to steer complex decisions toward a credible future service model.

Qualifications

• Significant IT industry experience with strong exposure to technical solutions and managed services.
• Experience shaping complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities.
• Strong understanding across Workplace, Networking, Cloud and Data Centre domains.
• Experience with pre-sales, bid processes and deal closure.
• Track record with senior/C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage early in new business, renewal and service-extension opportunities.
• Shape campaign strategy and set the overall service-led solution direction.
• Translate customer priorities into a differentiated proposition.
• Own the strategic solution narrative for executives.
• Guide customers and internal teams through complex choices.
• Integrate Technology Sourcing, Professional Services and Managed Services into campaigns.
