Hello! We're Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as VOIS) and we're looking for a Senior Customer Account Portfolio Manager.
Reporting to the Customer Account Lead, the Senior Customer Account Portfolio Manager will lead and own a significant part of our business within a customer or OpCo. They will manage all engagements in that area, from sales to delivery, including P&L responsibilities. They will be accountable for achieving growth, revenue, and profitability targets.
This role involves managing C-Suite relationships and other key stakeholders at the E and F band levels. The manager will drive market expansion and portfolio growth by understanding the customer's priorities and growth goals, supported by the CAL.
The Portfolio Lead will coordinate teams from various service towers to deliver value for our customer and grow the business over the next 12-24 months.
