Job summary

The Cambian Group is seeking a Senior Curriculum Lead for The Orchard school in Yeovil. You will join the Senior Management Team to plan and implement policies, practices and working procedures, with a focus on SEND and trauma-informed education.

The role involves leading curriculum development, supervising staff, and promoting professional development to deliver tailored educational and therapeutic support for students aged 11-18. Term-time, 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising other staff, including those with supervisory roles.
• Experience in planning and organising educational programs for pupils with SEND.
• Experience promoting high-quality professional development to others.
• Experience leading curriculum development for pupils with SEN.
