Job summary
The Orchard School in Yeovil is seeking a Senior Curriculum Lead with SLT responsibilities to join the school’s Senior Management Team. You will plan and implement policies, practice and procedures in a specialist setting for students aged 11–18 with trauma and SEMH needs.

Qualifications
- Degree level teaching qualification or degree in a relevant field
- Experience planning and organising educational programs tailored to individual needs
- Proven ability to lead curriculum development for pupils with special educational needs
Responsibilities
- Lead curriculum development for pupils with special educational needs
- Supervise staff and manage program planning
- Contribute to Senior Management Team in policy implementation
- Implement positive behaviour support strategies for clients with complex needs
- Review and evaluate measurable standards and outcomes
