Job summary

The Launch Group seeks an experienced CSA Lead for an on-site role on a major European data centre project. You will oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural activities, manage a large CSA team and coordinate design with subcontractors from concept to handover.

You will lead reporting, project controls, and safety culture while ensuring cost, schedule and quality targets are met across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior project management or construction leadership role, managing large projects.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects from concept through handover is essential.
• Data centre or mission-critical construction experience is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural activities across a major construction project.
• Manage a large multidisciplinary CSA team including discipline leads and engineers.
• Provide leadership for multiple subcontractors and design coordination activities.
• Oversee contractor design activities ensuring progress and approvals ahead of construction.
• Ensure BIM processes and project standards are followed by subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, labour, and overall performance.
