Job summary

Nuclearinst in Warrington/Workington seeks a CS&A Designer with expert Autodesk Civil 3D to develop complex BIM models for large infrastructure projects. You will manage geometry and data across the project lifecycle from concept to construction documentation, collaborating with CS&A engineers and other disciplines to ensure design accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Autodesk Civil 3D with 5+ years in infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in Revit and Autodesk Design Review for BIM workflows.
• Experience modelling large-scale civil/industrial schemes and services.
• Knowledge of UK/European standards and CDM regulations.
• Nuclear sector experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Model Management: build and maintain complex 3D BIM models.
• Corridor Design: create intelligent 3D roadway models.
• BIM Workflow: manage data shortcuts across teams.
• Automated Production: generate construction sets with sheet sets.
• Quality: check modelling output and ensure design accuracy.
• Collaboration: coordinate with CS&A engineers and other disciplines.
• Presentation: present model updates in reviews.
