Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Senior Cryptography & Information Security SME to support a large-scale cryptography programme. The role focuses on design, implementation, and operational support of cryptographic services across a complex technology stack.

You will lead cryptography engineering, PKI management, and HSM operations while engaging with stakeholders to drive secure outcomes in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of information security experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on cryptography experience.
• Experience in enterprise-scale infrastructures.
• Experience with regulated industries like financial services or government.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy enterprise cryptographic solutions.
• Manage key lifecycles (generation, rotation, archival, destruction).
• Support and administer HSMs and PKI platforms.
• Ensure cryptographic controls meet security and regulatory requirements.
• Lead security reviews and risk assessments of cryptography implementations.
• Collaborate with infra, security, and architecture teams.
• Provide technical leadership and project consultation.
• Mentor operational teams and drive secure outcomes.
