Newport Health Centre leads a merged nursing team across Newport Health Centre and Cowes Medical Centre on the Isle of Wight. The Lead Nurse will drive professional leadership, oversee nurse-led services, and integrate clinical policies across both sites.

The role focuses on infection prevention, chronic disease management, staff development, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative GP-led partnership.

Formación

• Registered nurse with NMC PIN and current registration.
• Minimum 3 years' post-registration experience in healthcare.
• Experience in primary care and GMS/QOF knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to the practice nurse team across both sites and develop a unified nursing service.
• Lead and promote evidence-based nursing practice and quality improvement.
• Ensure safe and effective patient care with robust infection control and chronic disease management.
