Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking an AVP, CRM to maximise customer lifetime value across P&O Cruises and Cunard. You will lead CRM strategy, data activation and lifecycle marketing, delivering personalised experiences across owned channels and ensuring the right message at the right time.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will scale the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce and Adobe Experience Platform, and build a high-performing CRM function across brands and markets.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Proven ownership of CRM strategy and operating models.
• Experience driving commercial impact through CRM activity.
• Leadership of senior managers and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM and customer engagement strategy across the full guest lifecycle.
• Activate customer data to deliver personalised communications at scale.
• Oversee CRM marketing tech ecosystem (Salesforce, Adobe Experience Platform).
• Build and lead a high-performing CRM function across brands and markets.
