You will strategically leverage CRM channels to increase revenue growth by increasing users' adoption of Ledger Live's trading features. You will be responsible for developing and implementing activation and engagement programs that incentivise trading activity, increase user trading frequency, and ultimately maximise revenue. This role demands a deep understanding of web3 trading behaviour within a trading or wallet environment, a strong commercial acumen, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into impactful CRM initiatives.
