Job Description:

BettingJobs is working with an exciting new iGaming operator seeking to expand their team with the addition of a Senior CRM Manager.

This role is remote from UK, Dubai, or Malta under a full-time B2B contractor agreement. Experience within a start-up environment is essential, along with experience using Xtremepush.

Job Overview

As Senior CRM Manager, you will lead the development and execution of player retention and engagement strategies across email, SMS, onsite messaging, and push notifications. You will play a crucial role in driving player value, reducing churn, and enhancing lifetime value (LTV) through personalized and automated CRM journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the CRM strategy and roadmap, including segmentation, lifecycle flows, and campaign planning.
  • Manage and optimize automated and ad-hoc campaigns for onboarding, reactivation, retention, and VIP detection.
  • Design A/B tests, analyze performance metrics (CTR, open rates, conversion, ROI), and continuously improve campaigns.
  • Collaborate with data, product, customer support, and content teams to align messaging and offers with player behavior and business goals.
  • Own CRM tools and platforms (such as Optimove, Xtremepush, etc.) and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and error-free.
  • Monitor player activity and trigger personalized communications based on user behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stage.
Qualifications Needed
  • 3+ years of CRM experience in iGaming or a high-volume B2C environment.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-channel CRM campaigns with strong performance results.
  • Deep understanding of player behavior, retention metrics, and LTV drivers in casino/sportsbook verticals.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, campaign builders, and analytics dashboards.
  • Experience with bonus mechanics, segmentation, and promotional calendars.
