We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect. The role involves developing and implementing governance strategies, best practices, and customized Power Apps solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage Power Apps Studio and Power Platform Admin Center to assist with architectural design, troubleshoot applications, and establish governance frameworks tailored to organizational needs. Experience in reviewing performance and stability of Dynamics 365, and understanding customer configuration and customization to meet business processes, is essential.
Knowledge in Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service, Omnichannel, Sales, Field Service), Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform Admin Center, customization, administration, governance, and ALM. Ability to troubleshoot, optimize flows, and support Power Platform environments. Familiarity with integrating data from Dataverse, SharePoint, and other sources. Capable of guiding customers on architectural decisions and monitoring adherence to Centre of Excellence standards.
