We are seeking a dedicated Senior Crisis Practitioner to join the South Glasgow Mental Health Crisis Team as part of our multidisciplinary team. An up-to-date registration with your professional body is essential.
The successful candidate will support individuals with complex mental health needs in crisis, providing intensive care and treatment at home as an alternative to hospital admission. You will also collaborate with inpatient services to facilitate early discharge.
This role reports to a Band 7 Crisis Team Leader and involves ongoing assessment, including risk assessment, and liaising with stakeholders such as GPs, CMHT, MHAU, Specialist Services, and third-sector organizations.
This is a full-time, permanent position (37 hours/week), operating over 7 days with varied hours. Long days are available.
