We are partnering with a public body offering outstanding opportunities across the UK for Criminal Solicitors with management experience.

Responsibilities

1. Managing a team of 8-12 Criminal Solicitors, including mentoring, staff appraisal, workload allocation, and overseeing criminal prosecution cases.
2. Providing guidance on complex legal issues and managing day-to-day staff management responsibilities.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a qualified Criminal Solicitor with extensive management experience and strong leadership skills. You should be proficient in handling HR issues and possess exceptional communication skills.

While criminal law expertise is important, this role primarily focuses on staff management. It is suitable for someone in a senior or Head of Department role seeking a change, as you will not handle your own cases.
