Job summary

ENSEK, a cloud-native SaaS provider for energy retailers, is seeking a Credit Risk Product Manager to own end-to-end risk strategy across acquisition, onboarding, in-life risk, collections and debt recovery.

You will work with engineering, commercial, design and clients to balance regulatory compliance with commercial outcomes and customer experience, using data-driven decisions and AI-enabled risk capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in SaaS fintech, credit or utilities.
• Track record delivering credit risk or financial decisioning products end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of credit lifecycle processes and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the credit risk product strategy across the full customer lifecycle.
• Define initiatives across acquisition, in-life risk management and collections.
• Translate FCA, Ofgem, ICO requirements into deliverables.
