Standard Bank Offshore is seeking an experienced Credit Manager to assess and evaluate lending applications through robust credit risk assessment, affordability analysis and sound financial principles. The role supports asset book growth while ensuring lending decisions remain within the Bank's risk appetite and regulatory framework.

Working closely with business stakeholders and relationship teams, you will provide expert credit guidance, make prudent lending decisions, identify growth

Formación

• Articulate credit appetite based on sector risk and guidance on deal structures and documents (legal and collateral).
• Critically assess valuation assumptions, cash flows, leverage, coverage ratios and marketability.
• Approximately 10 years of experience in credit risk management within banking/finance.
• Knowledge of credit policies, Basel requirements and regulatory standards.
